I keep having to re-sync my Inspire HR because the clock occasionally resets to 12-hour. But when I run the Windows app there is no option to access 'Settings' because it's greyed out. I therefore have to run my browser, find the link to fitbit.com and search for settings, change the 12/24 hour option in my profile, but then there is nowhere I can 'force' the device to sync from there. I have to save my settings, then go back to the app again and sync from there to update the clock settings...
Why do I need to run both the app and log in online from my browser just to change something that really ought to be done within either or both? To me it seems overly complicated for no reason, but I'm willing to stand corrected if I am doing something wrong.

@JohnRoberts666 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you syncing with your Inspire HR via your computer. As you said you can't sync from the website, it must be done via the app as it has to manage the bluetooth connection. It is odd that you can't see the settings on the Fitbit app. On the Fitbit app click the tracker's icon then on the drop down image tap the tracker's icon again and it will take you to the tracker's settings area. If this doesn't work then log out from the app, restart your computer and log back in. Finally you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If you wish you can also try using your phone or tablet to sync your tracker if this is an option for you.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the information, I will try going through your suggestions the next time the tracker loses it's 24-hour clock setting, at the moment it seems to be working fine. Will let you know if it still doesn't work 🙂
