Can't change face and can't sync after reinstall

I have used the app with Alta before and now with my new Inspire. It worked well, so when I tried to change face, it would go into a loop after selecting the face I wanted. In order to solve the issue, I have uninstallrd/reinstall the app in an attempt to update the app. After reinstalling the app, I can no longer sync it with my Inspire because it has a new GPS setting that needs to be enabled. When I enable it though, it takes me to a window with a list of apps where the fitbit app cannot be found. I never had this issue with the previous version. Please help me solve this issue with troubleshooting steps and then hopefully the face will be updated.

I recently had this issue while syncing with an Amazon tablet. Try using another device to change the clock face, as it worked just fine when switching to the Galaxy A20.
