Unable to make it sync or even work. If I tap on the screen nothing happens. It will sync for seconds then drops it. I just got this on Friday. I have been trying to set it up for over 4 hours. I have reloaded and upgraded the fitbit app. I am using my computer to set up since my smart phone is behind a release and I don't want to upgrade that just to get this thing running. I should be able to do from my computer. fitbit sees it but won't do anything with it. Can't upload any clocks, can't tap screen to start it, it keeps telling me to go to set up to set it up which I have already done. I am ready to send back. It should not be this hard I am so frustrated! What am I missing?
