I bought a new Fitbit Inspire HR and continuously see the fitbit logo with a rolling message "www:fitbit.com/setup" on the face. The tracker has a full charge. I reset the tracker multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Please help!

When you open the app on your phone, tap on the icon with your image (should be on the top row - in the Android version it is on the top left corner). This should bring you to the options page. Scroll down to the Devices options and tap on Set Up a Device and then select the Inspire HR when asked what you want to add. Hope this gets you set up.

When you open the app on the phone does it ask if you want to link a Fitbit device to your account? What messages are you getting from the app?

No message from app when connected. It’s like the tracker doesn’t exist. Any thoughts?
Did you have a previous Fitbit device? I found that removing my old device from the app solved problems I had setting up my Inspire HR.
Great suggestion! I didn’t have an old device, but when I removed it and re-added it, the set up initiated. Many thanks. 🙂

Good to know it worked. Enjoy your new device - the Inspire HR is my third Fitbit. My first stopped working after about 1 year, my second after about 2 years, so hopefully the new one will last at least 3 as I've found it great so far.
Best AnswerThanks! Good luck with yours too. 🙂
