Cannot log in - Password Reset

Hello, 

i wanted to open the app but now it's on the new log in / join fitbit screen.

It says my password or email is invalid. I also pressed forgot your password? But there is no email in my inbox.

Can anyone help?

Since you are not receiving the password reset email, please be so kind to check the email address' spam folder. Sometimes these automatic emails are redirected to this folder. Please be so kind to check. 

 

Please do try to log into your account on the Fitbit.com website (click here) with your former password. Please let us know how it goes. I will gladly help you further.
