Since yesterday I have been unable to login to the Fitbit app - just get the ‘oops.....try again later’ message.
I've tried all of the suggestions with no joy, including the steps below....
1. Verify if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Force quit the app
3. Shut down your phone completely. Wait about 1-2 minutes then turn your phone back on.
4. Go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled.
5. Try to log in again.
i know the user name and password are correct as they work on the website.
How do I resolve this issue?

Hi @theoatcake Thanks for detailing what you have tried. Next try uninstalling the app from your phone, the reinstall it and try logging in again. I think that should fix it.

Thanks for the suggestion, I should have mentioned I had already uninstalled / reinstalled the app a few times. Most bizarrely I just went to try logging in to the app again and the app opened and took me straight in without even asking for a login - can’t help wonder if Fitbit had some issues themselves as I’ve changed nothing at all since my last attempt.
