Change clock face

Can't change the clock face on my Inspire HR. I read others answers but when click on the Today tab, doesn't show this option.

In the app on your phone, is a green icon that looks just like the icon above your name below. Tap on that icon and it takes you into your account.  Tap on inspire hr and on the page that comes up it will say clock faces.  It will show you what your current clock face is and there is a tab on the right that says ALL CLOCKS.  Pick which clock face you want and then exit.

I am having the same problem....I cannot download the app since my phone is too old and doesn't have IOS 11.

I had the same fitbit before the one I have now and it worked fine.

When I pick the all clocks, and choose the one I want by clicking on it, the only thing that happens is that I get a "spinning" symbol forever. I never can get the face to change on my fitbit.
