Charging Cable for Inspire HR

I have been through 2 chargers on HR Inspire. I liked the charger that plugged into the watch! Tired of buying chargers! Any solution to this issue?

Hi @Lorettav  there is no solution. The Inspire HR has a charger that was made specifically for it. You need an authentic charger from Fitbit to have the restart button on it. The Inspire and Inspire HR have been retired, the Inspire 2 replaced them.

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, it's better to get a replacement charging cable manufactured by Fitbit since accessories manufactured by a different company might not work properly. If you're experiencing any inconvenience with your charging cable, please contact our Support team by requesting an online chat or calling them for further assistance with it.
