Hi! I've just joined the community for some help and advice, please.
I have unboxed my new Fitbit Inspire and successfully downloaded the Fitbit app.
I want to charge my Inspire now, but am having no joy.
I have plugged one end of the charging cable into the USB port on my wall charger and turned on the switch at the socket.
I have aligned the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attached magnetically.
I have made sure the pins on the charging cable aligned with the port.
I expected the tracker to vibrate and a battery icon to appear on the screen, neither of which occurred.
I note that the Inspire device has three metal plates on the reverse side, but the charger has only two metal pins; is this significant?
The face of the device is displaying a single thin solid white line.
Please can you advise what is wrong and a fix for this issue?
Thank you in advance
