My clock face keeps flashing on my inspire hr

@Lailai1, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR display. I guess more than the clock face it is the display itself what is flashing on your device. Please restart it following these instructions and if you wish you can change the clock face. 

Let me know how it goes.

Hi I brought an inspire hr yesterday, Sometimes when I move my wrist the clock face flashes up for no reason. It's doing it nearly every time i move my wrist. Is this part of the design or is there a way to stop this? It's really annoying. Thanks
