After 9 month’s of frustration my Inspire is dead. In the beginning I thought I must have gotten a lemon however after reading this forum I realized that the Inspire HR is a Lemon. 
It would be nice to have an email address as opposed to Twitter, I don’t tweet and prefer not to be on the phone for an extended period of time. This has already taken up too much of my time

Me too!

Bought an Inspire HR for my daughter for Christmas and 9 months later... completely dead!  Tried the 5 second button hold while in the charging port but no glory.

Very frustrating and very frustrating to have NO EMAIL contact!
