Connected GPS has ceased to function on my Inspire HR.
When I select a type of exercise it attempts to connect for some seconds and eventually pops up a message saying 'Launch fitbit app'. The app has permissions, bluetooth is on, location is on on my phone (and is working) and it worked with the fitbit about two days ago. I reset my fitbit (connect to charger and hold button for 5 seconds) and force stopped fitbit and none of this helped solve the problem. I bought the device in January so it is not that old and it's currently not much use for tracking exercise!
Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can take? If not then who do I talk to about getting it replaced?
