Smiling face on my fitbit is constantly blinking. Sensor lights are off and the device is not starting despite multiple attempts to do so. Have tried to reboot it but the smiling face doesn't go. It's constantly blinking. Please help?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR showing a smiley face and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.

I also moved your post to the correct board.

Hi. I have now registered another case as condition of my device has only worsened. New Case (#38309112). My device is not starting anymore and has conked off. Request you to kindly help resolve the issue!
