I wear my Fitbit Inspire HR all day to monitor daily activity. When I exercise, I run a couple of miles and would like to count just the calories burned for that activity. I find it frustrating when Fitbit records every calorie throughout the day, even when sitting. I don't want to record the calories from regular daily movement, just the time I allot for exercise. Is that possible?

Hi @rmsalt I can understand whrre you are coming from, but unfortunately you cant do that with Fitbit. Fitbit is set up to count all daily calories and a user cant change this. Sorry
