Countdown Change to seconds

From what I can see, the countdown feature for my Inspire HR only has minutes and hours for increments. Is there a way to make it seconds, or at least 5 seconds? I like to use my Blaze for timing 20 - 30 second increments in between sets, and wish my Inspire HR was the same. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't available but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
