Current heart rate fails to show on iPhone but ok on Fitbit hr device!phone only shows resting heart rate!

Hi, @thornemead , this happens if your Fitbit is “connected” but not “paired” to your phone.  To force a pairing, turn on notifications.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Was sorted but not posting current heart rate again and device is syncing everything else!!!
