Unable to setup Inspire HR

I've been trying for the last 5 hours to set up my new Inspire HR. I go to the app, the app connects with the Inspire (though this seems to take a long time), I get 4 digits to enter on my app. When I enter the numbers the fitbit buzzes and an X appears on the screen in a circle, which seems to indicate I am putting in the wrong number perhaps? (but I'm not!). It's very frustrating. Can someone help please? I've tried turning the bluetooth on the phone on & off, but no joy.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Yes, I've tried all of the steps in these posts, several times. I tried setting up the Fitbit on my husbands phone (iphone) and that worked, but it won't sync on my Samsung (S10). It's very frustrating. Most of the time the app just says "searching" but then it can't find the Fitbit (though when I look in my bluetooth settings it's there!). On one or two occasions it's got to the point where it gave me the 4 digit code but never got any further (except on my husbands phone where they linked straight away without problems). I have checked all my phone settings, location tracking is allowed, etc., but no luck. I hope you can help?

hi, I'm having the same problem. Although my screen just has the setup information on it. I have reset and checked all the settings but still nothing. I also have the Samsung s10. I cannot get it paired at all
