I upgraded to premium and I am trying to access custom challenges. It tells me that I need to update my app. I have a inspire hr that I purchased about 4 months ago. I installed the app at that time.

Hello @MDBowser and a warm welcome. You don't say whether you use an Android or an iPhone. You update your Fitbit app from the Google Play Store or the App Store just like you update any other app. If you are still unsure, please let us know what kind of phone you have and you can get help specific to your phone.
