Inspire HR won’t sync after exercise

Hi, after any type of exercise my inspire hr either takes hours to sync or won’t sync at all. I’ve tried, reset of iPhone, reset of inspire hr, turned on gps in settings, turned on sync all day... it’s happening every time I exercise, the inspire hr gets stuck on the finish icon and freezes

Let me help you with your tracker not syncing after detecting an activity and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
