I bought the Inspire around 3 months ago from FITBIT. The sleep is not working properly. FITBIT is doing nothing to resolve the defective product so basically I am out the money I spent and now have a defective product. Never again will I buy these garbage products. FITBIT got their money from me and basically said F YOU we sold you a crappy defective product and we don't care.

Hi, What is the reason given for not replacing it? Mine was faulty after 2 months and they are replacing it. 

Obviously the help forum is a self selecting group with problems but there do seem to be a lot of similar ones...

They stated they are aware of the problem and will monitor the situation. So basically, I am stuck with defective merchandise.
