Cut off from live chat

I just sat around for 10 minutes waiting for live chat help because my Inspire HR won't turn on and I exhausted all help in forums. Once I finally got connected with a chat specialist I was cut off before I could relate my issue. Now I am locked out of chat because I tried to reconnect twice. So frustrating.

I tried restarting my daughter's HR Inspire 3 times as per restarting procedure but it won't turn on or sync with her device.
