I replaced my hard drive on my computer. I had to reinsert the fit bit app. On 17 Nov 2019 I replace my old fit bit to a new Inspire HR. The new fit bit sync but dashboard has come back to my old fit bit. Can someone help me into changing dashboard to change to the new one.

Hi, @andrewmuscat with the newer Fitbits, although you can view your information on the web based dashboard, you will need to use the app on a computer or smart phone in order to set it up.  If your computer runs Windows 10 and has built in Bluetooth you can download the windows app from the Playstore and use that to set up and sync your Inspire HR.

If you have a smartphone you can download the app and set up there.  If you don’t have a smartphone, if you can borrow one and log into YOUR Fitbit account on your friend’s phone you can use that to set it up.  However, I think you will still need Windows 10, the app, and built in Bluetooth in order to sync.

You say your new Fitbit synced.  I am not sure how you might have detemined that if your account is not showing your new Inspire HR?

I'm not sure what type of computer we are referring to @andrewmuscat

I am having the same problem.  My Inspire HR tells me that the last sync was today but the dashboard on my laptop (PC with Windows 10) still shows my old device which was a Charge HR and says it was last synced earlier this month.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , I am not sure what you are saying when you say “my Inspire HR tells me that the last sync was today”.  This is not information you can get on the device...  Are you syncing with a phone and also checking your information on your computer dashboard?

Do you mean you are seeing different information on your computer dashboard than on your phone?

This sounds to me like when you set up your Inspire HR you set it up with a different  email, and therefore you actually have two accounts, one showing your new Inspire HR and the other showing your old Charge HR.

You can check your email on the computer based Fitbit dashboard by checking your profile settings.

I agree with @Julia_G it sounds like your Fitbit app on the phone is logged into one account and on the computer your logged into a different account.

See previous email. Firstly I want to thank all people who sent me an email. I want to say one think, I never never use my mobile phone to sync my fit bit. I always use my windows 10 computer. Again my old fit bit was replace on the 17 Nov 2019, it gave up. I replace it with Inspire HR fit bit and I use this as my main fit bit. I done maintenance on my computer and I had to reinsert the fit bit app. The app is syncing the new fit bit but dashboard see the old fit bit and not accepting the data. It tells me it has not sync since 17 Nov 2019. I hope this will the ones who help me. Will deleting the app and reinserting the app will fit this problem. Again thanks with the help.

I have no idea what reinserting the app means but this will not change what tracker is attached to you Fitbit account in the cloud.

If your app says hat the tracker hasn't synced since the last tracker was attached. It means that your replacement tracker is not attached. This is also corned when you say that it is not connected.

Please do an Add Device to setup the replacement tracker.

Hi, @andrewmuscat , I suggest logging out of your Fitbit account on your computer and logging back in again.
