My fitbit is showing the wrong time and date and I don't know how to fix it so it will show the correct time and date

Hi @Pumpernickel123 - Is your Inspire HR synced to your phone? If so, does your phone show the right time? As long as the phone is correct, try restarting your Fitbit, then sync it to the phone. Please let us know if that helps.

I am having the same problem. It was fine until I traveled out of state for Thanksgiving. And when I got to my destination for Thanksgiving, I was in a different time zone and my fit bit changed the time to the time zone I was in. When I got home, I thought it would go back to my home time zone, but it didn't. So I just need directions on how to correct it. I followed the directions to restart it but it didn't restart. Can someone please tell me how to correct the time?
