My device wasn’t holding a charge as well recently, then this morning it was at 16%...then went completely black. I’ve charged it, tried to reset it, tried everything, and it’s still completely black with no response/signs of life. Any help you be greatly appreciated!

I have the same thing, also since last evening. Nothing works. No reset possible and when putting It to the charger I still see nothing. Not even an battery icon 😞
