Device not found after app update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This morning the Fitbit app on my phone (Huawei P20Lite) was updated. Now I have problems syncing, because my Inspire HR is not found, even though Bluetooth is working.

I had the problem every now and then since I bought it last month, but now it seems a more permanent problem...

My laptop can find the device, but syncing stops halfway...

ETA : on laptop it's syncing when plugged into a usb port with the charging cable. Luckily it's still doing that, otherwise it would have become completely useless...
