My Fitbit is 24 hours old. I went swimming today and since then the screen type is very dull and the device does not respond when I turn my wrist and tapping takes a lot of taps to get the screen up. Hope someone can help

Hi @Gerfisk,

 

I would first dry out the Fitbit with white rice to be sure there's no water damage.  Then I would reset it by following the instructions here.
