I recently upgraded from an Alta to a Fitbit Inspire HR and have had any active minutes since changing them out last week. I have done 3 30 minute walks or jogs that that have many counted for any of my active minutes and I don’t understand. The Fitbit it recognizing my workouts each day and not the active minutes. This is really frustrating!! I have restarted my device and still nothing. Please help!

Hi @Amandalou1990, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but your effort troubleshooting this situation before posting is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Inspire HR? In the meantime, please learn more about active minutes checking our help article: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted.

I bought this Fitbit Friday and the first time I worked out with it was Saturday. It hasn’t counted any of my active minutes since I purchased it. At this point I think it’s defective. I am pairing with an iPhone 11. I’ve read all the articles on troubleshooting. My previous Fitbit have had zero issues recording my active minutes.
