Device seems to be frozen

My Inspire appears to no longer be tracking steps. I charged it at home this AM after waking up and put it on before leaving. I have a 30ish minute walk (~1.5 miles) to work and, per the device, I managed to do this in 444 steps. I keep my charger at home, so I don't have it on me and, thus, can't really properly reset it. Are there any other options to fix it? And what should I do if resetting it doesn't work?

Edit: I should add that notifications and such are still coming through just fine. I can still move the screen about and the only other thing that seems off is the "active minutes" count, presumably because it can't feel me moving.

Nice to see you around @SpecificCanary. Thanks for reporting the issues that you're having with your Fitbit Inspire.

I think that your Fitbit will definitely need to be reset. You can find the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? You can do it once you get home. The fact that your Inspire is still receiving notifications is a good sign. After resetting it, you can sync your data and check if this was able to track your steps while it was frozen.

If you're doing activities in the same way, basically same intensity and duration, your Active Minutes shouldn't vary. Check this information in regards of Active Minutes are gain. I'd also recommend checking the information for previous activities during different days, to see exactly what are the activities that are giving you Active Minutes. You can go to the Fibit.com Dashboard on the computer or on the browser in your phone, click on Log > Activities > Choose the date and choose to see calories.

Your Active Minutes will be shown with the calories in high intensity level as green lines, as you can see in the picture. Moderate intensity level are shown in yellow lines.
