Dim screen

I've had Inspire HR for 4 days but wonder if there is a way to make the home screen brighter as I can hardly see it when I'm outside. It is ok when indoors but as soon as I venture outside it looks like a blank screen. I've tried various clockfaces but all the same.

Same here...Had it for 1 day...Works great indoors, but I can't see any displays outside...Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with the Inspire (non HR). It’s nearly useless outdoors.

Hi, i had this problem as well with Fitbit Inspire 2 and i found a fix for my situation.

Mine was in 'Sleep mode' which is a quick setting that i accidentally activated. Sleep mode put the screen in a dimmed mode and mutes notifications, reminders, and the 'wrist flip display on' function.

After turning Sleep mode off, my display was much brighter.

To check that setting, hold sides for 2 seconds, swipe down to 'Sleep' and make sure it is off.

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it.

Sadly, my watch isn’t in sleep mode. I do use sleep mode at night, but turn it off during the day. Still, on a sunny day, the display is too dim to read.

I’m glad yours is working well for you, though.
