I bought the fitbit inspire hr 3 weeks ago. Last night the screen wouldn't come on and I knew it was charged. I plugged it in for a few hours and tried a restart.. nothing. So i left it plugged in overnight and tried several more times... nothing. When I hold the button down it vibrates like the screen is coming on but it stays black. Any help is appreciated

Hi @Harlow497, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Inspire HR are still flashing? In the meantime, please follow the next steps to confirm that a restart process was correctly performed:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Yes those are the steps I followed. The screen is still black. The heart
rate lights on the back of the watch still flash.
