I just received my Fitbit inspire HR, and it will not stay on it does nothing when I tap it as I’m scrolling to set something it keeps shutting off I cannot find anything in the settings to help the situation I am very very disappointed in this product please help

I have nearly the same issue as Dc2360, Jogger. Also my brand new Inspire will sync occasionally, not reliable. Got this as Mother's day git as an upgrade from my 4 year old Alta. If I can't get the Inspire to work properly, SOON, I will return and go back to my Alta!
