Does app on Windows phone work properly?

Hi,

I am trying to add the Inspire to my Windows phone (i.e. Nokia Lumia 730 with Windows 10) but the Insipire is not between the device I can select in the app. Does someone experience the same problem? 

Tried the pairing with an Android phone all is working properly.

Hi @NF78 nice to see you around. Thanks for sharing the model of phone that you're using to pair your Fitbit Inspire.

The Fitbit app is compatible with more than 200 Apple, Android, and Windows 10 phones and tablets. Your model is listed here. So, it should be able to connect with Inspire. Thanks for troubleshooting this with an Android phone. Please make sure your Windows phone is up to date, same thing with the Fitbit app. 

If you want to sync with your Windows phone make sure to delete your Inspire from the Android Bluetooth first. Then log in into the Fitbit app from your Lumia and turn on notifications. You can also check this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
