Downloading heart rate data?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Searching the forum shows an update 3/17/19 saying the download tool now allows downloading/exporting heart rate data. But I don't think that is the case. Tool only does steps, weight, etc. Any idea how to download the heart rate data, hopefully the detailed data?  The iOS App shows a nice graph, so the data must be there somewhere.....

@Spheniscus Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your data export. Heart rate data will be with your GPS tracked activities and you can follow these instructions to export said data.

Let me know how it goes.

It seems the only way to get the actual heart rate data is by requesting an archive (which can be done only once a day). And then you get all the data "from the beginning of time..." with Fitbit. Unlike the regular download (Activity, etc.) I don't see a way to limit the dates.

Even though the download help page seems to indicate the heart rate data (emphasis added) comes with "Activity," it doesn't seem to work for me. Am I missing something??

What Fitbit data can I export?

Data typeDescription
ActivitySteps, distance, active minutes, calories, floors, heart rate, stationary time, cardio fitness score, and more. For more information, see How do I export my Fitbit GPS data?
