ECG not working

Hi, I’m in the UK and have premium membership with my Inspire 2. I received a notification today saying there’s a new ECG feature which tracks atrial fibrillation. When I go to the Assessments & Reports screen to set it up, it’s frozen and won’t let me access any feature (let alone the new ECG feature). I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I’ve also tried restarting my Inspire 2 but the screen remains blank. Has anyone experienced this and do you have a fix? Thanks!

That feature for now has only been approved for the U.S.  Unfortunately some not in U.S. have mistakenly gotten notice it is available, but the notice is incorrect and setup will not work.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
