I entered my email address to set up my new fit bit. Unfortunately I have an inspire her, not an inspire. It could not find my blue tooth iPhone. When I tried to set up the proper inspire her fit bit my email address is still attached to the inspire fit bit. How do I erase that email address associated to the inspire fit bit I do not have

Hi @AlKaulback , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your information.
During the setup process you'll be asked to choose the model of your Fitbit.
Then the Fitbit app will start the search of this device. If the app cannot find it, you'll be prompted on the app, to check for it.
There you can choose the Inspire HR.
In case, by any chance that you have an inspire at home, and you want to setup the Inspire HR. You'll be asked to input the code shown on the Inspire. If you don't input it you'll return to the setup page.
If you are unable to do so, please force quit the app and restart you phone. ( off/ on) and try the setup again.
