New Inspire HR - 0 Steps

I just set up my new Inspire HR and it will not record any of my steps.  Please advise.

Hi @Whisperbird , a warm welcome to the Community! I'll be more than glad to help you further!

 

Could you please confirm if you don't see the steps on the tracker but after syncing they do appear on your Fitbit app or if after syncing no steps are also shown on the app?

 

In the meantime, if you haven't done so, please restart you Inspire HR!
