I have the same issue. Each morning I have to go to phone settings, select 'Apps & Notifications' then select 'Fitbit' then select 'Storage & Cache'  then select 'Clear Cache'.

My oxygen data from the last night always appears immediately when I do this. Hope that works for you as well.

For me I have to close the app, open phone settings, select Apps, select Fitbit, select Storage & cache, then l Clear cache. The oxygen graph always shows data when I reopen the app. I have to do this every day to see that data.

Hi Sunset Runner.

I notice you said yours started working. I have a similar problem:  oxygen variation just stopped appearing recently on my Charge 3. Was there something you found helpful?  I appreciate your time

I wish there was a magic trick! One day I just notice that it was back. Now it works intermittently.

My Charge 3 stopped showing the oxygen variation on 8/2.  Box is still there but blank.  None of the answers have worked.   Is anyone at Fitbit working on this issue and is there a fix that works?

I tried the cleaning of the sensors with just a soft cloth, placed on the charger and pressed and held the side button until it reset. Was back to normal the next morning

What was the problem? I'm having the same issue and can't seem to find any help.

Cleaning the back like recommended did the trick for me.
Someone also suggested after cleaning to plug it into the charger and press the side button to reboot/reset.  I didnt have to do that.
Good luck.

Wait, so what's the reason that your light wasn't working? Mine (versa 2) has stopped giving me data too!

I don’t know. I just did all the stuff people suggested, and it finally came back on.

My Charge3 no longer showing my O2 Chart. Possibly from iPhone update last night?

Perhaps try a reboot on the watch, just in case?

Not sure why an update would cause a communication error, but then, why would something like changing the clock face display shut down oxygen variations?

I don't understand how this is the best answer. It doesn't answer the question at all. ???

How is this the best answer? And why does the thread have to be about only one version?

I updated the Fitbit app (Android)  3/31/2021) and no longer see oxygen variation box.

Hello I have a verse 3 I only joined Fitbit yesterday

My C02 part doesn’t work ?

also I realise I have to open the app to find out thing like how did I sleep as it hasn’t functioned with the watch until I do so ?
I find this strange as before this watch I had a cheap 40 pound smart watch and I didn’t have to do that. Can you please help me to find a solution to this if there is one

I am experiencing the same issues with my Versa 2 beginning about 1 week ago after working great. No longer getting oxygen readings with the sleep info.

Did a forced reset of the watch (holding down the side button until it turns off). The oxygen info came back on my app for today and all the missing days.
