Exercise Distance, “Exercise Connecting” between Fitbit & Phone & Screen Wake are no longer working

In the last week, the following things have changed on my Fitbit Inspire HR:

1. When I want to start an exercise, my Fitbit does not connect to my phone but rather tells me I need to open the Fitbit app on my phone. Yes, my Bluetooth is connected between Fitbit & Phone.
2. My distance walked is way off but steps are OK
   1. Today, both my iPhone health app and MapMyFitness app are showing the same distance (3.3 miles) and my Fitbit only showed 2.87
   2. Yesterday, my iPhone health app showed 4.21 miles for a walk while my Fitbit Inspire showed 3.48.
3. No longer does raise-to-wake OR tapping on the screen to wake work. I need to push the side button to get the screen to turn on.

As for #3, raise to wake.  Not sure if this is your issue but worth a try.  Try holding the left button a few seconds, look for 'Screen Wake', tap to toggle on or off.
