Exercise doesn’t show HR

So my husband and I went for a jogg this morning and when we compared out exercise details, his show HR at all times and all details while mine doesnt? we went through all settings and it doesnt make any sense as we have everything set thr same on both of our inspire hr’s. Help.

Let me help you with your missing hr data. Do you see any error message? Could you share a screenshot of the affected activity? Make sure that your app is up to date and see if the issue persist.
