Exercise mode won't sync

He guys,

When I won't to track an exercise with the exercise mode on my fitbit Inspire HR, it takes like 10 minutes to sync. In these frustrating 10 minutes I have to open and close my fitbit app multiple times according to the notifications my inspire HR gives me...

I've never had any problems if I want to synchronize my fitbit to see my number steps and heart rate on the mobile app. Hope someone can help me! The syncing takes a lot of time and energy for a quick workout.

@pepijnpp, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your exercise sync. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your Inspire HR by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
