Exercises not showing the correct data

I have had my InspireHR for a few weeks and have really liked everything about it. Starting last week, all of the logged exercises have been showing the duration of the workout is in the "fat burn zone" despite my actual heart rate data in the app suggesting otherwise. It's also not adjusting/adding any steps (ex. today's 45 minute spin class added 269 steps to my total).

Also, I consistently log workouts immediately after (since spinning isn't auto-recognized) and then a few days later the time I logged will be completely different (5:30am changing to 9:30pm). I've checked all the troubleshooting suggestions and restarted my inspire hr and am wondering if there is anything that can be done to get it back to how it was working just a week or so ago??? The data/feedback is like the only thing keeping me engaged in working out 😁
