Exporting data to Swimtag (.fit format)

I am trying to export data to Swimtag, to cover a few missed swims (a problem at their end).

They have an upload page, that requires a file from my fitbit data in a .fit format?   All I can see is either CSV or Microsoft Excel formats, I I tried both & they don't work?  Any suggestions?

As far as I know, @Seasider-62 , those are the only two export formats available from Fitbit. You may want to try contacting Swimtag to see if they have any suggestions. But here is a thought ... I found this CSV to FIT converter online. It would add an extra step but may work for your purposes.
