After numerous calls, chats, tweets with Fitbit I have been advised this is the ONLY way I can raise a complaint for poor service.
purchase of Fitbit in July which when delivered was faulty. Replacement received- faulty
another replacement received- faulty
finally returned Fitbit to get a refund which is still to be processed. So left with no Fitbit and no money 2 months later
Customer service was appalling, representatives saying they would action and email, then not doing so. Then finally saying on the phone “ok, I will actually do it now” and laughing.
despite asking again and again to speak to a manager to complain I was told none available. When I did eventually speak to a manager they were no more help.
When I asked if I could request a refund I was told I could not as it was more than 45 days since purchase. Despite me highlighting that this delay was not my fault I was told I could not get a refund. I called again the following day as I checked and I was within the 45 days and so then a refund was agreed. Again- shocking customer service and representatives lying.
All in all, a terrible experience and no Fitbit at the end of it.
I would appreciate someone of authority getting in touch to give me some resolution with this.

Just a thought. I had a very similar issue with an LG refrigerator. Spent weeks trying to get a resolution. Finally got on LG’s Facebook and posted how unhappy I was and all the run around they gave me. Then posted the same thing on my personal page. Guess what? I now have a repaired refrigerator that I no longer need.
Maybe this could work for you as well.
