My fit bit inspire HR won't navigate. Just stuck on clock. Can't see my steps or anything else. Tried pressing the side button . Moving wrist still stuck on clock.

Here are two things to try:
1. Restart the unit. put on charger and while on charger press the left button for 15-20 seconds until you see the smiley face. This should restart/reboot the software.
2. if the above does not work, the one thing that worked for me was to go to the phone app and change the clockface, then switch back. That cleared up the problem for me.
