Hi all! I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find any help on the forums to answer this question. My FitBit Inspire 2 screen went black. For the first day, it was still tracking on the app, but I plugged it into the charger yesterday to try and restart (by holding the buttons) but it doesn't allow me to press the button down because the entire screen piece is unresponsive. Despite charging it yesterday, when I use the app the FitBit doesn't connect because it says it isn't charged.
Is my FitBit totally done for? I can't restart without pressing down the button so I'm not sure what the path forward is. Thanks!
Charlotte

Hello @ccmaiden
It is possible that the Water Lock feature was accidentally enabled? This feature will lock up the screen and side buttons. Try to double tap the screen twice firmly. If it’s water locked this will unlock it. If the problem persist try changing the clock face through the Fitbit App
😉I’m hopefully that’s all that’s wrong….let me know how it goes
