So the fitbit protection plan was offered to us on Day 3 of owning the fitbit. My husband and I both wanted to purchase it, but then the offered disappeared for both of us before we were able to purchase it. I reached out on Day 5 to customer service, they said wait until Day 11 as the next offered time. The day came and passed and I reached out to customer service again. They said it would be offered 3 times within the 30 day time period. Today is 30 days, a month since we got it, and it has not been offered again. Customer service has been no help saying they can't make the app show the offer and the app won't offer it again or multiple times like it was supposed to. I tried searching the forums and only got the same answer that the app would in fact offer it 3 times, but no such offer has occurred again. What can I do to purchase the offer? We've been trying to buy it since Day 3 when we first saw the offer.
