Fitbit Inspire HR Blacked Out

My Fitbit Inspire HR has completely stopped working and wil not even turn on.  I did download the IOS thirteen.one.three yesterday but it did work for a while after downloading.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR. Not sure if this could be an issue with the display or the battery. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
