My Inspire has started randomly alerting me to calendar events that aren't even due all through the night. Also notifying me that my weekly report is available at 4:51 am on a Saturday morning - sort it out Fitbit! 😱

@Feefee5050 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your notifications on your Inspire HR. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Which OS version is it running? Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

I am having a similar problem. However, I’ve noticed the random, repeated notifications seem to only occur for “all day” events. For example, today is a friend’s birthday. In my calendar, birthdays are listed as all day events. I have received at least three reminders for my friend’s birthday. Last week, I had a day off from work and had to block the time off with an all-day, out-of-office appointment. I received similar repeated notifications last week as well. Just curious - are your notifications related to all-day events or events that span longer than an hour?

My calendar event are set for a specific time. They usually start and end about 1 or 2 hours later. I have them set with 2 reminders but my Inspire Fitbit wakes me up multiple times in the middle of the night with reminders that aren’t set to go off until after 11am. I had to turn my calendar reminders off and now miss events (birthdays, etc) all the time. I can not have my phone reminders going off at work so before the upgrade last summer (2019) my Fitbit would vibrate and send me quiet reminders which was very helpful. I agree with every other person that this needs to be fixed. Especially with the amount of money these devices cost ... to not have a valuable feature work for this long is unacceptable.
