Why is this all of a sudden so glithchy? It seems this got glitchy as soon as FB announced the luxe editions. Is this a software issue?
My calories no longer accurately transfer over from myfitnesspal. They are often doubled or tripled. I have followed all the protocols to fix this, but the problem remains.
The calorie burn function is also not loading or wildly inaccurate. Some days it says I burned 1200 despite a busy/active day, and it seems data was just not recorded despite wearing.
The clock face I chose no longer shows up.
My sleep data is a day behind. I sync and sync, but the data is still missing. And once I open the sleep screen, I have to totally close to the app as it freezes on the screen.
Sometimes it just won't sync. I have to try again later.
Not sure if I want to upgrade given how unusable this is now. What is going on?

Thanks for getting back to us and for reporting the glitches your Inspire HR is presenting @HeidiinTN. I don´t think this is a software issue.
I understand how frustrating this could be and would recommend restarting your device:
- Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
- Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
- Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
