I know this has been posted about several times but all recommended fixes have not worked for me. My Inspire HR shows the following symptoms: - Swiping up/down can sometimes be inconsistent, a single swipe will move two or more "screens" instead of one, will swipe up/down a little bit but return to the same screen. This behavior can occur in any screen but is most noticeable in the settings menu - Starting exercises will not work, I can tap-to-enter the exercise menu, the exercise itself, and even if I select a time or distance that is OK, but the actual "start" button for anything will NOT engage the activity - In settings, if I attempt to "restart" or "clear user data" the screen will not work, similar to an exercise ++ If in the "Device Info" the "restart" option is just above it. I can engage the restart by holding the very top of the Fitbit screen ++ While trying to reset user data, if I hold the button the screen will jump around all over the menu very rapidly as if I was swiping, but my finger is not moving at all Steps I have tried thus far: * I have restarted the device at least 30 times, likely more * I have removed it from Bluetooth and re-added it * I have changed the exercises on the device and re-synched * I have changed the clock face and uploaded it to the device (clock was changed successfully, but no effect on issue) * I have deleted the device from the Fitbit App and re-added it * I have completely deleted the Fitbit app, device, and Bluetooth pairing and added everything back. No effect on issue. Some personal theories on what might be causing this: #Hardware issue with the screen not reporting touches correctly --Not likely the case as this would be consistent across all screens/modes # Software mismatch with screen readings --This would need to be looked at by the developers Thoughts from anyone?
